Welcome back to CNC with Liberty from IDC Woodcraft! In this video, we dive into epoxy mixing and pouring epoxy, and color pigments with Total Boat epoxy in our Tic Tac Toe CNC router woodworking project. This video shows beginners how to mix and pour epoxy.

To we finish cutting out the X's and O's on the CNC router, we first surface the wood with a 1” surfacing bit, I used the AirWeights vacuum system to hold the project in place. Then to cut them out, I used X-fasten double-sided woodworking tape.

Next it was on to epoxy fills with Total Boat epoxy and dies to bring our game pieces and board to life. Join us as we share our learning curve with epoxy mixing and pouring techniques.

Watch as Juliann and I tackle the challenges of epoxy mixing—balancing vibrant colors with Black Diamond pigments and ensuring perfect measurements for an awesome finish. We demonstrate how to handle air bubbles in epoxy and uneven pouring, making sure every game piece is both visually stunning and perfectly functional.

Finally, we cleaned things up with the NAME NAME sanding pads to make our project beautiful!
