AcrySof Restore IOL is being placed inside the Monarch Cartridge. The leading haptic is folded on itself. the trailing haptic is also folded using a special forceps so that the lens lies in the delivery canal, folded on itself like a fetus. The lens is pushed with the plunger and Injected in the bag.
