Guitars like the IBANEZ FRH10N are free of this disadvantage, since the body is thinner, and the sound hole is smaller and located on top of the side. Guitars of this type are intended specifically for concert activities and are most often made with a solid wood top. The IBANEZ FRH10N has a solid Sitka spruce, a sapele back and sides, a Nyatoh neck, and a walnut fingerboard and bridge. In addition, this guitar has a proprietary Ibanez Custom Electronics preamp with an Ibanez T-bar Undersaddle pickup, which we will demonstrate in the review on our channel!
