First off I would like to thank everyone greatly for helping me reach 1K subscribers on youtube, it has always been a goal of mine and it feels great to finally reach that! So as a way of saying thanks I would like to give you guys a chance to see what you have learnt from my tutorials and to show off your editing capabilities! Please read all the rules and hope you enjoy!

Rules: (Must follow or will be disqualified!)
DEADLINE is 15th February 2013
Use a minimum of 3 clip! (Quality over Quantity)
Submit your entry Via Google doc AND Video Response!
More than one entry is allowed!
Must only use the provided clips! (Unless you are Editing PC Demos)
Any Demo Clips from any COD can be used!
Un-copyrighted Music Must be used!
All Styles are Accepted!
I would like you to use my intro if possible.

1st Place:
Upload + 1 Month Subbox + My Preset Pack + My CC Pack + Editing Help

2nd Place:
Upload + 2 Weeks Subbox + My Preset Pack + Editing Help

3rd Place:
Upload + 1 Week Subbox + Editing Help

Also for places 4th - 10th Honorable mentions will be done!

Finally for everyone who enters will receive my wiggler and twitch settings which along with my preset and CC pack you normally pay for!

What I look for in an edit:

Sync/Flow/Scale - Snyc, Flow, and Scale are very essential to a great quality edit. Show me that you can make an edit that does not have dead spots, that can keep rythem, move with the music and also matches perfectly with the that you are editing to!

Creativity/Originality - A very important quality for an editor is to be creative with the clips that he/she is given. Alongside creativity an editor must be original with his/her effects to show editing skill, so keep it fresh!

Song Choice - Be sure that you find an original (non-overused) song for your edit. Don't use songs that you hear every day within edits.
Failure to pick a good original song will weigh very heavily against your edit

Effects - Use some cool effects to match the music and style of your edit overall. Try not to use effects that you see in every other edit!

Motion Tracking - A good edit can include some epic Motion tracking to enhance the edit overall. Motion tracking is not essentially needed within an edit but It shows skill with editing.

Cinematics - A great editor knows how to insert cinematics to go with their edit. Use cinematics to the best of your ability to enhance your edit!

Style - ANY style is accepted. Weather it be Hardcore, Overedit, Chill, etc. Edit the style that suits you!

CC - Make sure to have a really nice CC that goes along the style and music of your edit. This is very important to making a sexy edit.

So there you have it that is my 1K editing contest I really want everyone to have fun and not be to competitive by disliking and hating on other people. Just give it your best shot, even if you don't think that you will win please still give it a go because you will gain excellent experience and I will be happy to give feed back!
