Does your choice of medical school matter?
There are now 44 medical schools across the UK accepting undergrad and graduate entry medical students. Choosing a university to attend can be really daunting, and one question that will be on everyone's mind is "Does it matter which medical school I choose to go to?".
Well, the answer ultimately is no! All UK medical schools have to teach their graduates to a set national standard in order to be accredited by the General Medical Council and the Medical Schools Council. So, all UK graduates are on an even footing when they leave university and start life as foundation doctors!
