My unadulterated thoughts on whether a Fresh Install might be better than an "Old" install. A rumination on the notion that a fresh/brand-new install of an operating system is better or will perform better than an older more mature install.

My experiences switching from Debian to Kubuntu have been mixed and I am left feeling a bit disillusioned.
