1. Practice making eye contact with the camera. 2. Practice before you record, and 3. Be yourself. It won't be easy at first, but the more you do it, the easier it will get. I know, I used to work as a TV reporter and going live used to be the hardest thing ever, but with a little help and practice, I got really comfortable speaking on camera, and now it's second nature.
