In this video, I'll be showing you how to use the latest beta version of Greenify to force Android 6.0 Marshmallow to enter its battery-saving Doze mode as soon as you turn your screen off. I'm demonstrating the root method here, but a non-root method is available at the full tutorial.

Doze is a great battery-saving feature, but it only activates after your phone has been laying flat and still for an extended period of time. This mod makes it kick in as soon as you stop using your phone, so the battery savings are through the roof.
