Finally got around to taking a trip to the legendary Tamworth! Home to Britain's greatest pub, The Tamworth Tap. As of release this pub is the current winner of Camra's National Pub of the Year Award, and was also the winner of the previous year as well (2022/2023). 2024 is yet to be announced but we shall wait and see! Tamworth isn't a one hit wonder though... no not at all! It's also home to some brilliant traditional boozers as well as a cracking cider focused micropub! Join me as I go on a pub crawl of the town and enjoy one of the best stouts I've ever had, some great pales and bitters and even a cider! Normally I rate the pubs based on the beer choices, design/decor and overall vibe when I'm in there, however in this video I rated the Moat House purely based on it being a must visit when in the area, it's a special one and not to be missed!
