In this quick video tutorial I show you how to move the audio mixer channels in OBS studio so that you're preferred microphones are always on top for easy access. Yes, in 2024 you're still unable to drag and drop the audio channels manually in OBS Studio because they are ordered alphabetically and sequentially so a quick fix is simply renaming them.
