We took this Dance Fitness with Jessica routine to Janelle Monáe's "Yoga" outdoors because, well, it's summertime! You can do this dance fitness workout by the pool, in the club, or at home. Just make sure to get your workout in for 45-60 minutes, 4-5 days a week! Those results will come with the work you put in!
