BURGER STUFFED WITH TOMATOES AND FETA CHEESE

Ingredients

FOR THE BURGER

01. 250 g of Pork mince
02. 5 g of Garlic Powder
03 5 g of salt
04. 5 g of Pepper
05. 6 g of Oregano
06. 2 medium eggs

METHOD

01. Add All the ingredients in the mince and mix.
02. Divide in half

Ingredients

FOR THE FILLING

01. 150 g of Feta cheese
02. 1 small tomato
03. 2 g of oregano
04. 2 g of Exra virgin olive oil

01. Take 100 g of the mixer and flat it
02. Place the Feta and 2 slices of tomato on the meat
03. Add the oregano and olive oil
04. Flat the of 100 g of the mixer
05. Place it on the top and close the edges.
06. In a tray add 50g of olive oil
07. Bake to the oven fo 20 minutes at 180c
08. Plate and ENJOY
