PPV with Epiretinal membrane and ILM peeling
In this video, Dr.Ashish Markan describes a case of a 33-year-old young male presenting with a lamellar macular hole and epiretinal membrane. The patient had a gradual decrease in vision from the last 1 year. He also complained of distorted vision.

Dr. Markan performed pars plana vitrectomy with epiretinal membrane peeling with internal limiting membrane peeling. The patient had an excellent visual recovery. Post-operative scans reveal a closed lamellar macular hole with normal retinal thickening at 1 month of follow-up.
