Solving: EU4 stops responding after launcher

If you are in 2020, EU4 refuse to start, and you see in the task manager EU4 not responding, I show you how i fix/solved it.

I have been playing EU4 for a while now and all of the sudden the game is not responding once I hit play from the launcher. I already tried this [strategy] (https://support.paradoxplaza.com/hc/e.... But it didn't help.

I have also downloaded the directX that paradox suggests. This issue started when i updated to a new version of windows.

EU4 not responding on startup

Whenever I try to open EU4 it crashes after I have pressed play in the launcher, I have tried reinstalling but to no success. Anyone know what I can do to fix it?
