LDC Educational Qualifications
To appear for the Lower Division Clerk examination, a candidate must possess the following qualifications:
A candidate must have passed his 12th class or equivalent from a recognized board or university
A candidate must have a typing speed, on the computer, of 35 words per minute in English or 30 words per minute in Hindi
Examination for Position of Lower Division Clerk
The Agricultural Scientists Recruitment Board (Krishi Anusandhan Bhawan, Pusa, New Delhi) also known as ASRB is responsible for conducting the common competitive examination for the posts of Lower Division Clerks (LDC) in the 63 research institutes of the Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR).
As per recent details released by the board, the examination is conducted online at various examination centers spread across the country. An applicant can choose the examination center they wish to appear for the exam at, while submitting their particulars online.

The Application fee for Unreserved and OBC candidates is INR 200 only and that for candidates from SC/ST, Divyang, Ex-Servicemen, Women category is 0.
