Looks like Riot games are enforcing TPM 2.0 & Secure boot for Valorant on Windows 11. You won't be able to play the game without enabling tpm switch and secure boot in UEFI mode.

Here's how to fix Valorant "This build of Vanguard Requires TPM 2.0 & Secure Boot".

1. Restart your computer.
2. While restarting press the BIOS key on the keyboard.
3. Once you enter into the BIOS, go to Advanced options.
4. Find the Security options and "Trusted Computing"
5. Enable "Security Device Support" and select the TPM switch.
6. Go back to the Advanced options and find " Windows OS Configuration"
7. Select the BIOS mode to UEFI
8. Enable secure boot

Save all the changes and restart.

TPM 2.0 and Secure boot are now enabled, you can play Valorant without any error.
This will also fix "There was an error connecting to the Platform. Please restart your game client"
