🌍 Training Program to Enhance Competencies in Solar Energy for Nations Across the African Region (Indonesia-Turkiye Triangular Cooperation) 🌞
PPSDM KEBTKE, in collaboration with the Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency (TIKA), proudly presented the Training Program to Enhance Competencies in Solar Energy for Nations Across the African Region (Indonesia-Turkiye Triangular Cooperation), held on October 21–26, 2024, in Bandung, West Java.
This training was part of Indonesia's South-South Cooperation initiative. Representatives from Namibia, Mozambique, Sudan, Senegal, and Tanzania participated to enhance their expertise in solar photovoltaic (PV) systems, including feasibility studies, operation & maintenance, and Solar-Powered Water Pumping Systems (PATS).
Funded under the International Development Cooperation Fund (Indonesia AID), the training received positive attention from various stakeholders, including the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (KESDM) and external parties from both the public and private sectors committed to sustainable green energy development.
The program was supported by Indonesian AID/LDKPI, the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of State Secretariat, Bappenas, and TIKA Turkiye.
