Canned peas - 1 can
Pickled or marinated cucumbers - 2 pcs
Potatoes - 2 pcs
Red onion - 1 pc
Dill - a couple of sprigs
Mayonnaise:
Homemade mayonnaise:
Milk - 50 ml
Apple cider vinegar or lemon juice - 1 tbsp
Vegetable oil - 100 ml
Mild mustard - 1 tsp
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Sugar - 2/3 tsp
Whip vegetable oil and milk with a blender until smooth. Add the remaining ingredients and whip again.
