The VMUS-4 is a versatile ozone generator rated to produce 10 grams per hour ozone at 4 LPM oxygen flow, with the ability to operate under either pressure or vacuum. Its variable ozone output, compact size, and air-cooled cell allows it to work well with a variety of dissolved ozone applications, such as bottled water and well water treatment, aquaculture, and laboratory research, among many more applications.

This video will show the items you receive with the VMUS-4 Ozone Generator, and give an overview of its main features.

The power cord is included with the VMUS-4 Ozone Generator. Standard power is 120 Volts, but an option for 220 Volts also is available.

The installation and operation manual are included with the VMUS-4. Written instructions, along with pictures, explain how to install and operate it. Charts illustrating the VMUS-4 ozone performance tests are laid out in the manual, showing ozone production and concentration at feed gas flows from 2 LPM up to 10 LPM of oxygen and dry air. The last pages of the manual list the maintenance schedule, as well as contact information for our technical department if any questions arise.

Wall mount brackets are included with the VMUS-4, along with the installation hardware. The brackets are installed on the back of the VMUS-4.

Kynar fittings for the feed gas inlet and ozone outlet are also included. There are inlet and outlet ports that the fittings are installed in.

The VMUS-4 can be mounted on a wall, or used as a bench top ozone generator.

The VMUS-4 is an air-cooled ozone generator. The air vent taking in air is on the bottom of the unit. The vents letting out warm air are on the sides. The inlet and outlet vents require a free flow of air, so make sure all three of these vents are not blocked off by anything.

Tubing is used to carry the feed gas to the inlet. We have tubing available as a separately purchased item. In this video, the other end of the tubing is attached to the outlet on an oxygen concentrator, which is the slight humming noise you can hear in the background. At the moment the oxygen concentrator is running, but the flow is set to zero, so no oxygen is flowing to the VMUS-4.

Tubing is also used to carry ozone from the "ozone out" port.

The VMUS-4 is encased in a powder-coated aluminum case, making it nice and sturdy. The ON/OFF switch and flow switch are designed to be flush with the generator's surface and are easy to use. The digital flow meter and ozone status and flow status lights help you easily keep track of the basics - a red light will appear here if there is no feed gas flow, and a blue light will appear here if the VMUS-4 is producing ozone. The digital flow meter gives a precise readout of the feed gas flow.

The oxygen concentrator is now set to 4 LPM flow, which is shown on the digital flow meter. The NO FLOW light is now off, and the O3 STATUS light is now on.

Ozone output is displayed via the green LED indicators as the UP push button is pressed, from 0% up to 100%. We are currently at 50% ozone production.

The VMUS-4 Ozone Generator is a turnkey ozone generator that works well for a variety of dissolved ozone applications, and is a joy to operate.
