To create four quadrants in a Google Doc, you will need to use the table functionality. Create a table with 2 rows and 2 columns. Stretch the table to the bottom of the page to create space for the four quarters. Fill the quadrants with content. And then open table properties to hide the table outline so it is no longer visible.
