The first day of the year, captured by the Raspberry Pi and Camera Module.
This time the resolution was set to 2,5 megapixels, and one photograph was shot every 15 seconds.
The shutter was set to a fixed 600 microseconds (which is 1/1260 for those use to camera-settings). The Aperture is fixed at f/3 as far as I know.
Difficult to choose a setting that will capture both the clouds, foreground and the sun with a limited dynamic range.
Still, I like the results near the end of the video
The photographs are stitched together as a movie by ffmpeg (command line tool for Mac/linux), using the command: ffmpeg -f image2 -pattern_type glob -i "*.jpg" -r 13 output_slow.mov
