In this test I show how the GH5 compares against the Fullframe S1 in terms of ISO Noise performance. We go from Base ISO of ISO640 on the S1 and ISO400 on the GH5 up to their Max ISO of 51200 on the S1 and 12800 on the GH5.
This is not a very scientific test, just my personal one. Both cameras shot in 4K/25p in 10Bit 150MBit h264. I matched the focal length and f-stop, so the S1 is at 32mm and f4, the GH5 at 24mm and f2 with Speedbooster XL. It's still correctly exposed with the shutter.
