Lawsuit: Child's rights were violated after private school staff cut hair to remove velcro
A federal lawsuit filed this year by the parents of an 8-year-old who attended a Catholic school in Dauphin County argues the child's rights were violated in 2023 when their daughter's hair was cut without their consent in order to remove velcro that had become stuck in it.
