Typhoon Mawar Hits US Island Of Guam
Typhoon Mawar hit the US island of Guam on Wednesday unleashing winds as high as 240 km/hr. Residents experienced powerful gusts and heavy rain as the storm knocked down trees and power lines in the region leaving residents without electricity. Mawar is classified as a Category 4 storm. It is said to be one of the strongest to hit Guam in decades. No deaths or injuries have been reported.
