Dark Cult in Hassour - Tribunal Temple Walkthrough (TES III Morrowind)
Final quest for Tuls Valen of the Tribunal Temple in Ald'ruhn. It requires you to go to Hassour, a cave near Fort Moonmoth, and destroy the Sixth House base within. You achieve this by killing Dagoth Fovon within Hassour.
Killing Dagoth Fovon also frees all the Sleepers in Balmora, Pelagiad and Tel Aruhn. It also stops all Sixth House attacks while you are trying to sleep in Balmora and I assume, those two other places.
