PostGIS Out-DB Rasters in AWS Batch

This talk will review some of the AWS services available for using with PostGIS and highlight why Addresscloud settled with using AWS Batch for its data processing pipeline. During this talk we will use the PostGIS raster out-db feature as our toy example and demonstrate its use within AWS Batch. This talk will attempt to assume almost no prerequisites.
