Braczko I wouldn’t toss your probiotic supplement for kefir just yet…here’s why. However, the other side of the coin is that probiotic supplements also have their own quality control issues and aren’t universally going to give you the gut benefits you want but that’s a subject of another video (and one I’ve covered a couple times before!). I’d recommend you to eat a variety of fermented/cultured foods, plenty of fiber, and if you have a probiotic that’s been making a difference, stick with it.
