Recipe and Ingredients:
1 apple
1 egg
a pinch of salt
Vanilla 7 grams
60 grams of sugar
60 ml of vegetable oil
150 ml milk
150 grams of flour
Baking powder 8 grams
1 tablespoon of vinegar
How to cook:
Cut the apple into slices. Grease a pan with butter. Sprinkle the bottom of the pan with 2 tablespoons of sugar. Put apples in a pan. 1 chicken egg or 5-6 quail eggs. The cake will be just as delicious.
I use quail eggs because my little daughter is allergic. Add a pinch of salt. Then vanilla and 60 g sugar and stir well. Pour vegetable oil and mix well. Add milk and flour and baking powder. Mix everything well. Add vinegar and stir again. Pour in the batter slowly so that it spreads evenly between the apples. Cook for 20 minutes over low heat. Then turn the cake over and cook for another 5 minutes. And the delicious apple pie is ready. Good Appetite.
