As Ohio continues to face the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, the state has taken a step forward in increasing its testing. On Thursday, Governor Mike DeWine announced that the Ohio Board of Pharmacy has clarified rules to allow pharmacists to order and administer coronavirus tests. In order to show where tests are available, the state has provided an online map of testing locations at https://coronavirus.ohio.gov/wps/port.... "Pharmacies are critical in our state’s response to COVID-19," DeWine said. Earlier this week, DeWine announced plans for the state to expand testing in nursing homes, including having the Ohio National Guard help in testing all nursing home employees and nursing homes where the presence of the coronavirus has been confirmed or suspected in order to combat hotspots.
