Clove (Laung) – 4 to 5
True/Green Cardamom (Choti Elaichi) – 2 to 4
Black Cardamom (Bari Elaichi) - 1
Mace Blade (Javitri) – ¼ to ½
Bay Leaves (Tej Patta) - 2 to 3
Garam Masala Powder - 1 tsp
Sugar – ½ tsp
Chilli – 1 to 2
Spring onions (for garnish)
