I am using this music because it fits well with what this video is about. I am not claiming that I own copyrights to the music, or that I made it. This is fair use of this copyrighted content because the video contains my commentary, was edited by me, I was the one controlling major aspects of the gameplay from the videogames shown in the video (because I was the one playing them), and this video provides a different form of value to watching it other than just to hear the music for free. Thus, this video is mostly my own original content and is fair use of the material.
