How to Add, Delete and Edit Streamlabs Commands as a Moderator | Streamlabs Chatbot
This video will show you how to add, delete and edit Streamlabs chatbot commands as a moderator. As a stream mod it is important to know all the appropriate moderator commands. This way when the streamer needs a command edited or added you can do so as a moderator.
There are a number of different stream chat bots that are used, with Streamlabs being one of the more popular. The commands with Streamlabs chatbot are very simple. Often when Streamlabs Chatbot is being used the bot will have a custom name.
Adding a command with Streamlabs chatbot can be done using the chat command !addcommand. When followed by a command name and response the command will automatically be added. Commands can only be added, deleted and edited by moderators.
Commands can also be deleted by moderators using !removecommand. This will only require the moderator to include the command name to have it removed. Once Removed the command will be completely deleted, and won’t be functional until it has been added back.
Moderators can also edit an existing command. The command name can’t be edited by a mod, however the response or message can be. To edit a command the moderator will need to use !editcommand followed by the command name, and the new response. The response will be replaced with the new message, and not added onto the end.
