Brentwood Mall, Willingdon and Lougheed. The eventual occupants will have to commute, somehow. Either by car, bicycle, motorcycle, on foot, or by Public Transit. Hwy I and Willingdon is already the busiest intercnage in BC. Lougheed is full, so is Hastings. Skytrains arrive at Brentwood Station, from either direction, already full. The Central Valley Greenway will take a lot more bikes, powered and unpowered. And there is always walking.
