CCA175 Exam Prep - Importing spark-avro module | Prep for Cloudera’s Spark & Hadoop Developer Exam
In this clip we’ll take a look at how to import an external module which will allow us to work with avro file formats in spark 2.4. This is useful to know because by default it isn’t included in spark-shell.
Once we’ve imported this module we can use Spark to read from or write to any files with an avro format.
