Javascript has been around for over 20 years now and since then it had a lot of things added to it. But is that a good or a bad thing? Has Javascript become too bloated and unusable?
Many of the issues of vanilla Javascript are being solved with type safe languages such as Typescript or CoffeeScript but instead of writing languages ontop of others shouldn't we have some base language that will be both highly performant and easy to use?
