The Chanel classic flap bag has been getting an increase twice a year for the past two years. Plus the brand is going further and adopting Hermes’s strategy, when customers are asked to create a purchase history in order to qualify to buy a Chanel classic bag. The total cost to acquire a bag is getting more and more expensive, while the brand is still taking small steps to improve the after sales customer service.
Is the Chanel flap worth the money and all the hassle?
For which bags does Chanel provide the spa services?
Will the resale value increase in the future?
What bags would I buy given the new price and if I had to start over?
