A 'Aha' Security Tip
We're a week away from RSA. Yesterday I gave you your ‘Duh’ security tip. And today is your ‘Aha’ security tip. There are often card skimmers at gas station pumps. So what you want to do, if you're buying gas today and you're using your credit card, it’s just always check this spot for a little plastic sleeve in there. It will either be a sleeve or sometimes it's a plastic piece that just covers right over this and looks like the actual device, but it's not. And they'll come around and pop it off. Now, if they have the little wireless ones, which these pumps don't always try to just do it with your card and the and the wireless connection. So always check your gas station pumps and always check the slot for a sleeve because the sleeves are getting slimmer. And there's your Aha’ security tip for today.
