0:30 breast cancer की संभावना होने पर क्या होता है?
अगर आप को breast में गांठ feel हो रही है जो ज्यादा deep नही है और आप के doctor को कैंसर की गांठ का शक है तो imaging के बाद आम तौर पर breast biopsy की जाती है।
1:00 Breast biopsy कैसे की जाती है?
Breast biopsy local Anesthesia में ही की जाती है इसके लिए आप को बेहोश नही किया जाता है।
Biopsy से पहले डॉक्टर आप से थोड़ी जानकारी लेंगे और फिर procedure शुरू किया जायेगा।
Procedure के लिए सब से पहले आपको breast के हिस्से पर undress होने के लिए कहा जाएगा और लेटा दिया जायेगा।
जिसके बाद गांठ वाली जगह को clean किया जायेगा और एक Anesthesiaदे कर core biopsy की जायेगी।
गांठ के टुकड़े लिए जायेंगे और फिर उसे examine करने के लिए भेज दिया जायेगा।
2:45 क्या breast biopsy के बाद stitches लगाए जाते हैं?
Breast biopsy में गांठ का sample लेने के बाद कई बाद उस जगा पर टांके लगाने की जरूरत होती है और कई बार नही।
इसलिए डॉक्टर जब जरूरत होती है तब टांके लगाते हैं वरना direct पट्टी कर दी जाती है।
3:00 क्या Breast biopsy के बाद routine खाना खा सकते हैं।
जी हां, breast biopsy के पहले और बाद में खाने पीने की कोई restrictions नही होती हैं और आप आराम से अपनी routine Diet follow कर सकते हैं।
