Flow field through a piece of rock
The video shows a Drishti-generated visualisation of a Flow field through a piece of rock. Higher velocity regions are shown in yellow-green; low velocity regions in blue. This imaging technology can provide insight into how to extract oil and gas from rock. This animation was generated by imaging company, Digital Core, now Lithicon.
The Drishti software suite was developed by the National Computational Infrastructure's VizLab.
