If you want to quickly take a screenshot in Excel, here’s how you can do it. Open your Excel sheet and click on the Insert tab. From there, select Screenshot. You’ll have options to choose from Available Windows or select Screen Clipping to capture a portion of your screen. Alternatively, you can use your keyboard by pressing the Print Screen key. Once you press the key, the Snipping Tool will open, allowing you to select the area you want to capture. After taking the screenshot, go to File Explorer, open the Screenshots folder, and view your image. That’s how you can quickly take a screenshot in Excel.
