“The drive is then evaluated and diagnosed by a recovery engineer. Once the evaluation has been completed, the engineer creates a diagnostic report that is sent back to you along with your price quote. At this point in the process, a data recovery advisor will contact you to review the quote and answer any questions you may have. Upon your approval, we’ll begin work on the recovery. Any time your drive is not being checked in, evaluated, or undergoing recovery, it is stored in our class two vault. Once you have approved the quote for the recovery service, the recovery process begins. Next, you’ll select what type of media you want the recovered data to be placed on. You have the option to provide your own hard drive, or a drive can be purchased directly from the Data Rescue Center. To see the drives we offer, you can visit our website under ‘Return Media Options’. The data is then recovered to the media of choice, and the newly recovered data is returned back to you.”
