Pentax ME Restoration: Full Clean, Light Seal Replacement & Beginner Lens Set!
In this video, I fully restore a classic Pentax ME camera! I start with a general exterior cleaning and talk about its unique features. You'll see me replace the light seals and mirror damper, open the bottom cover to clean the battery contacts, and remove old light seal foam. I also pop in fresh batteries and show how to clean the focusing screen for clearer shots.
To make this Pentax ME even more special, I attach a new shoulder strap, a soft shutter release button, and a hot shoe level for perfect alignment. To finish it off, I pair the iconic Pentax 50mm f1.7 lens with a zoom lens, creating the perfect starter kit for beginners!
