The latest phoenix buff in Valorant is honestly not going to be great. He doesn't really need more than two flashes imo, and the fact that you have to get 2x kills to recharge a flash is not great. Usually by the time I've used my 2nd flash, I'll need a molly to heal with. If I've already used that molly, which generally I have, then I'll just get chipped out swinging with the 3rd flash. Only time will tell how good this Phoenix buff truly is. But the wall is finally getting buffed to where it should have been years ago, which is epic....
