How Air Ride Suspension Works
Here is an air bagged Chevy C10 project truck with the bed removed to show some of the workings of air ride suspension. The truck has Firestone airbags, smc valves, avs switches, and viair gauges for controlling the air system. Aside from the air system, the 1986 C10 has 22 inch rims and a bored and stroked small block chevy 383 stroker. Still very incomplete but a work in progress.
