Donald Trump in NY Court Over Civil Fraud Trial
Former President Donald Trump is attending the start of the civil fraud trial against him and his company taking place in New York City.
Judge Arthur Engoron already ruled last week that Trump ‘committed fraud for years while building [his] real estate empire,’ per the AP, deceiving banks by lying about his wealth in financial statements. The judge is still expected to rule on six other claims in the lawsuit.
