▶️ Ingredients:
✔ 300 gr. flour
✔ 140 ml. water
✔ 4 gr. salt
✔ 1/2 tsp. baking powder
✔ 70 ml. vegetable oil
✔ 60 gr. sesame seeds and flax seeds
▶️ Cooking:
✔ Pour the water into the bowl.
✔ Add salt, oil, flour, baking powder, sesame seeds and flax seeds.
✔ Knead the dough.
✔ Cover with a bowl and leave for 30 minutes.
✔ Divide into two portions.
✔ Roll out into a sheet.
✔ Turn out onto parchment paper.
✔ Cut into rectangles.
✔ Prick the dough with a fork.
✔ Bake at 356 degrees Fahrenheit for 25 minutes.
