There was a bit of a delay in getting this video out since the live stream, my apologies. Simulation of the final molecular script settings together time, but only about one hour for each song. Rendering this is what took me days on multiple GPUs, but I'm happy with the result. I also tried a different set of materials which I hope you like.
If you would like a dedicated tutorial for this, get this video to 500 likes. This tutorial will include a few details which weren't in the live stream, including how I got the balls more bouncy, how I set up the materials and lighting for the transparent balls.
All made in blender, rendered using cycles.
