Price of olive oil keeps rising. So I wanted to try a new recipe using canola oil. It’s currently a quarter of the price. Recommended use was about 15 to 40%. Of course any reduction in cost will help.
I did notice slight differences immediately. However, the final cut compared nicely to my original bars. Will monitor while curing and compare lather.
Isn’t it exciting.
This recipe also called for honey, buttermilk, and bananas. Smells amazing. My favorite bar. Requires no fragrance. It’s just silky and skin loving.
