How to Remove Audio from a Video in After Effects CC
After Effects allows you to quickly remove audio from a video. As long as a video has audio there will be an option on the track to enable or disable audio. When audio is enabled there will be a speaker on the left side in the A/V panel. The speaker is shown next to the eye layer which controls the visibility of a video. When the audio is disabled the box will be blank, however, the eye icon will still be shown as long as the layer is visible. If neither the audio speaker nor eye icons are shown then you will need to enable the audiovisual panel.
