When we were full of salads, meat and various snacks.... I wanted simple and light food. We decided to prepare unusual “stuffed cabbage rolls” and the result was a dish called THICK BORSCH 😂😉 Delicious!
✅RECIPE✅
500 g of dry beans, 200 grams will be enough for cabbage rolls, I also got a salad and breakfast
1-2 tbsp vegetable oil
bigger onion
bigger carrots
a pinch of salt
pinch of sugar
approximately 500 ml. tomato juice
2 tbsp. pepper and salt
dry garlic
ground black pepper
Chinese cabbage
It tasted 100% borscht!
